Il est connu <strong>pour calmer les quintes de toux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au ging\u00e9rol qu&rsquo;il contient, le <strong>gingembre <\/strong>est reconnu pour ses <strong>propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti inflammatoires.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 4 \u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9unis feront un petit rem\u00e8de traditionnel de grand-m\u00e8re qui aidera \u00e0 passer le cap naturellement&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; Ingr\u00e9dients pour 1 pot :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 \u00e0 3 citrons bios (en fonction de leur taille et de votre pot)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 morceau de gingembre frais (6 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Curcuma frais&nbsp;: si vous le souhaitez)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe de miel (ou plus )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 branche ou plus de thym et thym citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rincez les citrons sous l&rsquo;eau, coupez-les en rondelles, puis en quartiers s&rsquo;ils sont gros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pluchez le gingembre et coupez-le en lamelles.
