Il transmet ses connaissances des plantes et de leurs usages traditionnels, d\u00e9voilant notamment les secrets de 70 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, que l\u2019on apprend \u00e0 observer, identifier et pr\u00e9lever dans le respect de la nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quatre chefs l\u2019accompagnent<\/strong> dans ce retour aux sources. Les saveurs des champignons, herbes, fleurs et baies, se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent dans les 40 recettes imagin\u00e9es par <strong>Florent Ladeyn (Auberge Du Vert Mont \u00e0 Boeschepe), Damien Laforce (Le Braquue \u00e0 Lille), Pascal Lefebvre (L\u2019auberge de la marine au Crotoy) et Jean-Marc Notelet (passionn\u00e9&nbsp;de champignons,Le Ca\u00efus \u00e0 Paris).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recettes<\/strong> comme celle des gaufres \u00e0 la farine de lentilles, coulemelles (l\u00e9piotes \u00e9lev\u00e9es) et fleurs d\u2019h\u00e9lianthis ou le filet de carrelet de petit bateau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des cueillettes et des hommes : une histoire d\u2019essences et un partage des sens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Cueillir, ce n\u2019est pas arracher une plante ou une fleur b\u00eatement, cueillir c\u2019est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Il ne faut pas stresser le v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, il faut qu\u2019il puisse continuer \u00e0 pousser tranquillement dans son milieu naturel et continuer de nous faire don de ses bienfaits. Fanny H&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean Baptiste Cokelaer<\/strong> est <strong>pharmacien dans le Cambr\u00e9sis<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes scientifiques et avoir envisag\u00e9 de devenir professeur de biologie. C\u2019est un <strong>grand amoureux de la nature<\/strong>. Il <strong>organise des journ\u00e9es mycologiques et de cueillettes<\/strong>.
