(On peut faire cette op\u00e9ration avec un mixer mais le r\u00e9sultat est moins bien)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre ramolli avec le sucre, le jaune d\u2019oeuf, la fleur d\u2019oranger et la poudre de biscuits roses&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce m\u00e9lange doit avoir l\u2019aspect d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne, souple et mall\u00e9able,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire des boulettes de la grosseur d\u2019une noix,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rouler ou d\u00e9corer les boulettes avec diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients alimentaires,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre au frais 2 heures avant de les d\u00e9guster.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les garder au frais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Id\u00e9es pour habiller les truffes roses :&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rouler dans de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rouler dans du sucre cristallis\u00e9 ou du sucre glace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rouler dans du vermicelle au chocolat de couleur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser sur la truffe une cerise confite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piquer la truffe de quelques amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es ou effil\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>le Biscuit Rose de Reims <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/srhgx.be\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image-46.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6980\" width=\"361\" height=\"361\" srcset=\"http:\/\/srhgx.be\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image-46.png 225w, http:\/\/srhgx.be\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/image-46-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 361px) 100vw, 361px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fossier.fr\/fr\/12-biscuits-roses\">https:\/\/www.fossier.fr\/fr\/12-biscuits-roses<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en <strong>1691<\/strong>, le Biscuit Rose de Reims est un des fleurons de la Ville de <strong>Reims<\/strong>. Toujours associ\u00e9 au <strong>champagne <\/strong>autrefois, il est un <strong>symbole de la f\u00eate<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui, il est aussi utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreuses recettes. Puis le laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u2013 L\u2019enrobage : Mixer 6 biscuits pour obtenir une fine poudre rose. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u2013 Dans le bol du robot, mettre les 12 biscuits avec la poudre d\u2019amandes et le sucre. Mixer \u00e0 grande vitesse en incorporant petit \u00e0 petit le sirop, le miel et le kirsch. On obtient une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u2013 Laisser reposer la p\u00e2te au frais pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 \u2013 Pr\u00e9parer les truffes : Prendre un peu de p\u00e2te avec une petite cuill\u00e8re, r\u00e9aliser des boules et les rouler dans la poudre rose. D\u00e9poser dans des caissettes.
