Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s et tapissez une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Faites pr\u00e9cuire les morceaux de carotte pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. R\u00e9partissez les morceaux de betteraves et de carottes sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la plaque de cuisson. Arrosez d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et assaisonnez de poivre \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Faites r\u00f4tir les betteraves et les carottes au four pendant 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la ricotta et ajoutez le miel et le romarin. Assaisonnez avec du poivre. Remuez pour que tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. R\u00e9partissez les \u00e9pinards dans un plat ou dans les assiettes. R\u00e9partissez les betteraves et les carottes r\u00f4ties chaudes sur le tout, ainsi que la ricotta au miel. Enfin, saupoudrez les pistaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
