R\u00e9servez quelques fleurs de b\u00e9gonias pour servir, mettre feuilles et reste fleurs \u00e0 suer quelques minutes &nbsp;avec les oignons. Versez les l\u00e9gumes po\u00eal\u00e9s dans une casserole, ajoutez le bouillon, les pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en cubes et les courgettes en tron\u00e7ons. Faire cuire 20 min \u00e0 feu doux. La cuisson des l\u00e9gumes termin\u00e9e, salez, ajoutez du gingembre fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9 et mixez. Remettre \u00e0 chauffer un peu : aux premiers bouillons, stoppez la source de chaleur, versez les trois c. \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche dans la soupe et fouettez pour bien m\u00e9langer. V\u00e9rifiez l\u2019assaisonnement et servir bien chaud orn\u00e9 des fleurs restantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A savoir : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En <u><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gastronomie\">gastronomie<\/a><\/u>, on utilise essentiellement <em><u><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Begonia_gracilis\">Begonia gracilis<\/a><\/u><\/em> et <em><u><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Begonia_semperflorens\">Begonia semperflorens<\/a><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, sachant que les b\u00e9gonias de couleur sombre ont plus de go\u00fbt que ceux qui sont de teinte claire.
