Qu&rsquo;ils soient \u00e9toil\u00e9s ou non, tous les chefs succombent, avec raison, au charme floral culinaire. En gastronomie, la vue importe autant que le go\u00fbt et les fleurs multicolores rehaussent l&rsquo;\u00e9clat des pr\u00e9parations, r\u00e9jouissent notre vue et \u00e9moustillent nos papilles. Qui n&rsquo;a pas appris, enfant, que les fleurs de tr\u00e8fle au go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 pouvaient agr\u00e9ablement \u00eatre suc\u00e9es comme des bonbons ? Quel enfant n&rsquo;a pas eu envie de croquer ces si jolies fleurs de toutes les couleurs ? Las, tout ce qui est beau n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment bon et nos anc\u00eatres ont d\u00fb l&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 leurs d\u00e9pens. Comme pour les champignons, il y a des fleurs toxiques, prudemment list\u00e9es dans cet ouvrage.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les <strong>deux-cent-cinquante fleurs comestibles<\/strong>, ce Grand trait\u00e9 s&rsquo;attarde principalement sur les fleurs que chacun peut avoir dans son jardin ou sur son balcon, et sur celles qu&rsquo;on peut tr\u00e8s facilement reconna\u00eetre et cueillir dans la nature. De plus en plus de fleurs sont vendues dans des commerces sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, voire sur les march\u00e9s, s\u00e8ches et m\u00eame, maintenant, fra\u00eeches. Beurre parfum\u00e9, gla\u00e7ons fleuris, confits, salades hautes en couleurs, condiments, beignets ou cr\u00e8mes d\u00e9licieusement parfum\u00e9s, farcis, sauce ou soupe au go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9, buffets insolites et go\u00fbteux, tout est permis, ainsi que le montrent les nombreuses recettes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ici.<br>Succ\u00e8s garanti aupr\u00e8s des convives !
